No, seriously, you CAN!

When I tell people I run 8k-12k in the morning before work, I get a lot of surprised looks. When I tell people I swim 3k-4k in a workout, I get a lot more of those surprised looks.  And inevitably "I could NEVER do that!"

But that's where it's easy to get the wrong idea.  I didn't just wake up one morning and decide to run for an hour.  I wasn't physically able to.  After all, I'm a terrible runner.
