*I was working hard on starting a new massage practice this week and getting no sleep. And at the end of the week, my potential business partner told me she didn't have space for me after all. Extra frustrated, I hit it hard on Saturday. But progress was made: I decided to focus on kilometers on the bike instead of minutes on the bike. Better for my goals.
