A change of mindThis new attitude requires a change of mind. And again, we encounter a dilemma in the web2.0. While its mantra seems to be democratic and empowering, it's business reality is not. Web2.0 companies are run be managers who keep the profit and let the users do the work. In some cases, users get a 10-50% revenue share for doing 100% of publishing work. And: users are not involved in platform development and optimization. In the web3.0, where everyone becomes an entrepreneur and builds business, this has to change.
